Where do you train your clients?

I travel to my clients and train them in their homes (specifically their garages, driveways and/or pools). I also train clients at public parks if they do not have a space conducive to training. I do not train clients at any gyms/country clubs. I provide all the equipment such as: dumbbells, sandbags, suspension trainer, kettlebells, etc. Clients are responsible for providing their own workout/yoga mat and training location. Starting or progressing your fitness journey is exciting, but also intimidating. You've already done the first step- you have decided you want to take things to the next level. The next step is to call or email to book an Initial Client Assessment. When you call/email, we'll chat and I will learn about you, past fitness/medical/injury history, as well as listen to your goals. At your assessment, I will record your body composition measurements, as well as take you through a short workout. This allows us both to see if we mesh well personality wise, and you can get an idea for how I train and my training philosophy. Do I have to sign a contract or make a long-term commitment?

No. You do not have to sign a contract or make a long-term commitment. Your commitment is only the number of sessions for which you pre-pay. You can discontinue training services at any time; however, please be aware of the expiration policy.
