Payment Policy

Payment is expected for all services rendered. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check (from established clients), Square, Venmo, or CashApp. Payment must be received before your personal or small group training session(s) will be scheduled.

Expiration Policy

All personal and small group training sessions expire 60 days after purchase. All personal and small group training sessions are void after this time. All personal and small group sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Policy

Bea BOLD FiTness does not issue refunds (full or partial) for personal or small group training sessions or any other for-fee services.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will end at the pre-appointed time. Arrival after 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of your session. Late arrivals that result in forfeiture will be charged for the session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session is forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, email (bea@beaboldfitness.com) AND call/text Bea (334-703-2169).
